Hyde Park is a set of historic neighborhoods divided into four sections in midtown Kansas City, Missouri. Central to everything with easy highway access of 71 Hwy, close to downtown, Westport, The Plaza, and UMKC with a feel of a small town.
Old Hyde Park is located between Broadway and Gillham Road, Linwood and 39th Street. Old Hyde Park is its own neighborhood with large traditional shirtwaists, mini-mansions, and stately homes.

North Hyde Park is located between 31st Street and Armour Blvd, Gillham Road on the west and Troost Avenue on the east.
Central Hyde Park is located between Gillham Road and Troost Avenue between Armour Blvd. and 39th Street.
South Hyde Park is between Gillham Road and Troost Ave. and 39th Street and Emmanual Clever II Blvd.
